Why stingless bee honey sits at the premium end

Stingless bees — of the genera Lisotrigona and Tetragonula — store their honey in individual wax pots blended with plant resin rather than in combs. That resin leaves behind a high phenolic content and the distinctive tart finish that sets this honey apart — and it comes with a yield a fraction of that of ordinary honey bees: a strong colony gives a few hundred millilitres per harvest. Australia, Brazil and Malaysia commercialised it years ago. AronBee brings the Vietnamese origin to the same table.

Every batch comes from our own apiary in Trang Bang, Tay Ninh. Nothing aggregated, nothing blended in from outside.

Each batch is tied to the colonies, the harvest date and the bottling run — the foundation of any OCOP file or export dossier.

Packaging, labelling and quality documentation are prepared against export requirements, including FDA food labelling rules.

From colony to jar

1. The site

Colonies sit in diverse flowering vegetation, away from sprayed farmland — the single biggest factor in what ends up in the jar.

2. Colony records

Every colony has its own file in our hive management software: hiving date, inspections, harvests.

3. Selective harvest

Only colonies with full honey pots are harvested, and only the pots — brood is left intact so the colony rebuilds for the next season.

4. Filtered, never overheated

Coarse filtering removes wax fragments. No high heat, so the enzymes and natural activity stay in the honey.

5. Bottled by batch

Glass jars, labelled with volume and batch code. One batch code means one harvest run.

6. Shipped to you

Order on the site, pay by VietQR bank transfer, and receive an email confirmation with your order reference.
