Why it is thinner than ordinary honey
Stingless bees do not build combs. They store honey in individual wax pots blended with plant resin, and that honey is naturally higher in moisture. Thin is the species, not a sign of dilution. Stingless bee honey as thick as longan honey is the thing worth questioning.
How to use it
- One or two small spoons a day is enough.
- Mix into water below 40°C. Boiling water destroys the enzymes — the most valuable part.
- Refrigerate after opening and keep the lid sealed.
- A thin layer of foam on opening is natural gas; a swollen lid means fermentation.

How long does it keep?
Twelve months on the label, but use it within a few months of opening. Stingless bee honey holds more moisture than ordinary honey, so it does not sit as long.
Why is it tart?
The tart finish comes from the plant resin the bees mix into their wax pots. It is the signature of real stingless bee honey; sugar-blended honey has none of it.
Is there documentation?
Every jar carries a batch code traceable to the colonies and the harvest date. Wholesale and distribution buyers can request the full quality file.
